1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Queue mobile application ("App"), operated by PixelDevelopers.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
3. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend accounts for violations.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds are granted only for accidental charges. Requests must be sent to support@q-app.dev.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Misuse or interfere with the App
- Reverse engineer the App
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
6. Intellectual Property
All content and technology in the App belongs to PixelDevelopers.
7. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent of EU law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate accounts for violations. You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by EU law and applicable local regulations.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
